Jamie Bond

Managing Principal (Strategy & Planning)

Jamie is a seasoned consultant with extensive in the energy & utilities, public health and government domains. She has advised clients on the design, implementation and oversight of cross-departmental transformation projects, multi-organization programs and high-visibility initiatives. She supports teams and organizations across the public, private and nonprofit sectors on a range of needs, including:

State-focused: carbon plans, energy security plans, cross-sector collaboratives and infrastructure vulnerability assessments
Community-focused: master energy planning, emergency management and resilience, community benefit agreements, feasibility studies and project development
Corporate-focused: sustainability planning, operating model design, risk and impact assessments, program and incentives design

She has held senior leadership roles at global professional services firms and regulated utilities, served the founding teams of a technology and infrastructure firm and is author of Stick with Carrots, A Practical Guide to Designing Incentives That Actually Work.

Jamie holds masters degrees in engineering and business from Penn State University and Wake Forest University, respectively, is PMI certified in project management (PMP), holds credentials in sustainability and climate risk from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (SCR) and is an AEE-certified energy manager (CEM). She also holds a certificate in artificial intelligence and machine learning from the University of North Carolina Charlotte School of Professional Studies.
