Harold is a principal consultant with extensive experience in technology implementation, application development and technology transformation across defense and national security environments. He has led strategic and programmatic initiatives within the US State Department, US Department of Defense and other areas of the intelligence community. He supports clients on a range of needs, including:
Harold has Top Secret/Special Intelligence clearance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is professionally certified in project management by the Project Management Institute (PMP), a Certified Scrum Master, and an Agile Methodology Practitioner. Harold also holds Level III certifications in Federal Contracting (DAWIA) and practitioner certifications from Microsoft Azure, AWS, HashiCorp (infrastructure-as-code and Vault), Okta and Databricks.
